Two little "HOT SPOTS"

So my birthday was last week...31...whooooohooo and we had a girls night out! We participated in the cardio strip fit/pole dance class offered at The Lifestyle Center in downtown Clayton (www.fitsexybody.com). I strongly recommend you do your stretches before taking this one ladies!! A great idea for bachelorette parties. The studio will also let you bring a couple of snacks, etc. for the party (as long as you clean it up by the time class is over).
If you're a shopoholic (like me) another great venue is the DIBA show warehouse in Earth City. Host a shoe party/bridal shower by inviting all your bridesmaids and/or closest friends, provide drinks, cheese, crackers and shop!
